Bruce has worked as a professional photographer for over fifteen years, having worked in IT and Investment Banking Recruitment prior to this.

Most of his time as a photographer that time has concentrated on event related work.

He is focused on the customer experience and delivering great quality photography.

Bruce believes that event and instant photography should be at the same high standard as in house studio work.

In 2022, Bruce was asked to head the BritAsia Academy photography mentoring programme, on behalf of BritAsia TV. He commits one day a week to his three month programme.

The course takes students from complete beginners to ready-to-employ graduates, focussing on practical and real-word skills.

Bruce is especially proud of his in-house team, who add great value to the business.

A number of the team have worked with Bruce for over a decade and have been instrumental in the recruitment and retention of the extended team.

They bring a can-do attitude and positive outlook, along with strong technical abilities.

Charlotte joined the team in 2014, having built up a portfolio and working for a number of other event photographers.

She studied Animal Science at the University of Nottingham, before embarking on a career in marketing and photography.

Her ow work has stayed predominantly within the rural and equestrian world, and built her marketing experience working within the marketing department at Hartpury University & College.

She has also photographed at international equestrian events and on the agricultural show circuit.

Whilst a lot of her event work is rural and equestrian based, Charlotte also has a wealth of experience photographing Black Tie Events, Proms, Asian Weddings, Awards Evenings and Dance Festivals with Bruce’s team.

Charlotte is one the original members of the team and has since helped recruit many of our other team members, having found them through her work with other photographers.

Lizzie has worked with Bruce for many years, and continued to work for him alongside her University studies, where she studied Film and Film Production at the University of Worcester.

Liz, like most of the team also has a wealth of experience photographing Black Tie Events, Proms, Asian Weddings, Awards Evenings and Dance Festivals with Bruce’s team.

Liz also works at a number of equestrian and country events across the UK.

Videography is her specialism, and she particularly enjoys creative documentary storytelling.

Beth joined the team in 2017, having worked with Charlotte at Hartpury University & College.

Specialising in brand and equestrian photography, she built her own photography business whilst at University and working for Bruce.

Since 2017, Beth has worked on a number of Black Tie Events, Asian Weddings, dance festivals and awards evenings as part of the photography team.

Beth is based based in Cambridge, she helps cover the Midlands area and will often travel into London for shoot-and-share events on behalf of Bruce and the photography team.

Charlotte started as a student of Bruce’s and then went on to join the team a couple of years ago.

Another small business owner, with a love for small animals, Charlotte specialises in events, equestrians and product photography. Charlotte has worked with a number of our high-profile clients at many of the prestigious venues we frequent.
